UNDER 18's: PARENTAL CONSENT REQUIRED:
The following information is provided as a courtesy for information purposes to ensure compliance with any applicable Queensland state laws regarding minors. 

OUR STRICT POLICY:
All individuals under 18 must have required forms signed by the person with legal authority to make decisions on their behalf, such as for medical care, school documentation, passport applications, and similar matters.

THE PERSON PROVIDING CONSENT:
Under Queensland law, a family member or caregiver such as a step-parent, older sibling, or non-relative over 18 may NOT sign consent forms on behalf of a minor, unless they have the legal right to do so.

This is typically obtained through official documentation, including but not limited to:
1) Parenting Orders
2) Adoption Orders
3) Consent Orders

In some cases, this may necessitate the signature of a biological parent, even if the minor is not currently residing with them.

It is also necessary for us to collect identification from the consenting parent or guardian as part of our verification process. 

IMPORTANT:

When a minor is creating a profile for the first time, their parent or legal guardian must be present to sign and complete all necessary electronic documentation to provide parental consent.

Additionally, the parent or guardian must upload a copy of their photo ID.
 

If the minor unintentionally signs these documents, the parent or guardian should contact us with their details and request that the forms be re-sent for signing.
 

Generated links are secure and designed for single use; they will expire after being opened once. It is essential that these links are accessed only by the individual providing consent who has the legal authority to do so.
 

Once all three forms have been signed by the primary legal guardian or responsible person, please contact us at 0402 451 453 to complete the verification process. This step is required prior to allowing minors to participate.
